About BTA Self Storage
BTA Self Storage runs two side-by-side properties on Highway 205 in Terrell, and one of them is set aside for vehicles. RVs, boats and oversized rigs fit here, including 18-wheel trucks. The indoor units are climate-controlled, and the whole place is gated with video monitoring. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Chloe and Tammy get named for helping people sort out which unit fits their camper, and DD the manager gets the same treatment. Several people describe the process as simple and straightforward, and the property as clean. One reviewer said the price was the lowest in Terrell and the only drawback was the drive. One thing worth knowing before you sign: the storage doors use a special lock mechanism, not a regular padlock, so ask about it. U-Haul trucks and trailers are rented on site, and there are dollies and moving carts if you need them. Online payments are available.
