About BuxBear Storage Richland
RV owners passing through Richland have a solid option at BuxBear Storage. The lot is clean and well-lit, with covered spaces for RVs and boats, plus units in a range of sizes if you need to stash gear. It sits in a spot that's easy for a big rig to get in and out of, which matters when you're hauling a trailer or driving a Class A. Reviewers keep bringing up Dez, the manager. People say she answers the phone promptly, walks you through the rental process without rushing, and is around to greet you with a smile. One person showed up ten minutes before closing and still got a unit in five minutes. Others mention the place is clean and that Dez takes obvious pride in keeping it that way. The facility also rents U-Haul trucks and sells packing supplies, so you can handle a move or a quick haul in one stop. With a 4.8 rating from over 300 reviews, it's clearly doing something right for folks in the Tri-Cities.
