About BuxBear Storage Springfield Main Street
This is the BuxBear on Main Street in Springfield, and it's a self-storage lot that also takes RVs and boats. Covered spaces are among the options. The grounds are lit, and the units are described as clean. One reviewer mentioned walking several units before picking one, so you can size things up in person. Marcy comes up a lot in the reviews, and people tend to say the same thing: helpful, patient, and good at explaining how the gate works and which unit fits. One person called the whole experience perfect. Another praised both Marcy and Siren for the service. It's not flawless. A reviewer noted the office door sometimes gets locked during posted hours and the phone doesn't always get answered. Another mentioned a rent increase. Worth knowing before you sign. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
