About Carbondale Mini Storage LLC
This is a long-running local operation with 580 storage units plus ski lockers, and they also park RVs, boats, and cars. The owner says they've been in the area 27 years. Access runs 24/7 through a gate with keypad entry, and there are security cameras. Reviews run both ways, and you should read them before you commit. Several renters praise the front desk help and call the place clean and well kept, and one who stored things for over a year from out of state felt the items were protected. Others complain about repeated rent increases with little notice, mice and droppings in a unit, and spotty snow removal in winter. More than one mentions gates left open overnight and cameras that don't cover every gate or unit row. Parking is on-site, and the lot is lit. Worth a look in person, but ask about current rates, notice on increases, and pest control before you sign.
