About Cardinal Self Storage
Cardinal Self Storage on Maxtown Rd. in Westerville handles more than household overflow. Indoor and outdoor boat and RV storage is available, and the enclosed units have large overhead doors, with sizes up to 14 feet high, 15 feet wide and 45 feet deep. Security is a strong point in the reviews. The property has surveillance cameras throughout, units are individually alarmed, and the locks sit flush in the door. Reviewers repeatedly mention clean units, a clean lot, bright lighting, and easy access to their spaces. Climate controlled options are there too if you want them. What comes up most in the 160 Google reviews is the staff. Reviewers name Christina, Jen, Tammy, and Angel and describe them as friendly and helpful, with one repeat customer saying the service stays consistent. A free move-in truck is available. Not every review is glowing. One tenant complained about getting through by phone when canceling a lease, so read the cancellation terms before you sign.
