About Caterpillar Road Storage
Caterpillar Road Storage is a self-storage spot in Redding, California, that also lists RV storage among its categories. Access is available around the clock, and reviews bring up the quiet feel of the place and how safe people say it is. Reviews are mixed. Cleanliness comes up most often, and several reviewers call the facility clean. Others describe pests, including spiders and rats, and one says they found their things sun bleached and dusty. A few mention the kiosk and paying the bill online. Some say payment was simple and that staff worked with them on late payments. Others report double charges and a lock cut without notice. Dee gets named in reviews for taking care of tenants and helping when something goes wrong. One reviewer rented a 10x20 and had no problems. A few people push back on the 24/7 label, saying the gate closes at night. If those details matter to you, ask before you sign.
