About Chapman Rv Storage
Chapman RV Storage sits in Garden Grove and takes both RVs and boats. Reviewers describe the lot as paved and nicely kept up, and a few mention the gated entry with a remote, open any time before 8:00pm. Staff come up often in the reviews. Stephanie, the office manager, gets named for being helpful and answering questions, and several people call the crew friendly and accommodating. Safety is a common theme too, with reviewers saying their trailers stayed secure and they did not worry about break-ins. One review is worth flagging. A former tenant said the refund they were promised after clearing out never arrived and that communication stopped. That is one account among eleven, and the overall rating is 4.6, but it is part of the record. Ask about the refund terms before you sign.
