About Cherokee Self Storage
Cherokee Self Storage runs several locations across Ohio, including this one in Wilmington. It offers indoor storage, which one reviewer said is great when it's freezing out or raining. The property has a gated entrance and cameras, a detail that comes up often in reviews. Opinions are mixed. Some renters say they felt safe day or night thanks to the gate and cameras, and one longtime customer praised the office staff by name for quick help and a clean facility. Others tell a different story: one review describes a trailer theft where cameras caught the truck but not the plate, and another says units were broken into before cameras and a locking gate were installed. A billing dispute also shows up. It's worth reading the reviews yourself and asking about security specifics before you sign. The office can tell you what's available and what the current setup is.
