About Citizen Storage

Citizen Storage is a self-storage facility in Fenton, Michigan that also handles trailer and boat storage. RV owners who bought a travel trailer mention signing up fast and easy, with access to their rig seven days a week at hours they liked better than other places they checked. Month to month rental came up too. Staff get the most mentions in reviews, and the names that come up are Megan, Angela and Ken. One reviewer said Ken sorted out a billing problem left over from previous management. Others describe the sign-up as quick and the front desk as helpful. The complaints are worth knowing. One renter got a gate code that did not work on move-in day and could not reach anyone by phone. Another had a U-Haul reservation on a day the office was closed. A third was fine with a late fee but thought paying double was too much. Ratings sit at 3.9 stars across 37 Google reviews.
