About Citizens Self Storage
Citizens Self Storage sits right off the 101 in Camarillo, which makes dropping off a trailer or rig easy. Reviewers keep saying the same things: the place feels safe, the units are clean, and the managers actually respond. One long-time customer called the drive-up access "so easy" and said maintenance issues get handled quickly. Another told a story about a manager who had already left for the day but came back within 10 minutes to fix a broken latch. Staff names come up a lot. Brandy and Mike get mentioned for being kind and professional, and one reviewer was impressed when someone got on their hands and knees to clean out a door track. Another got a free lock when a key broke off inside. The property is gated and the units are accessible. Rates are described as affordable, and you can pay online. It's not fancy, but people who store trailers here seem to stick around.
