About City Self Storage
City Self Storage on the Lancaster side handles more than boxes. The category list covers cars, boats and RVs alongside regular self-storage, and climate-controlled units are part of the mix. The gate does not run around the clock; reviewers note it locks at 9pm, which can slow down a late trip to your unit. Cleanliness comes up more than anything else in the reviews, and the property itself gets steady praise for being well-kept. One long-term renter mentioned nine years of maintenance and rodent removal on their unit. Staff draw mixed comments. Several people describe a friendly, patient counter crew, while others found the service bland or unhelpful. Rates get called some of the best around, though one customer was not told before a recent increase. Access is easy according to repeat renters, and the location works for people who want to swing by without much fuss. Rent online if you already know what you need.
