About Climate Control Mini Storage LLC
Climate Control Mini Storage sits on Kingswood Drive in Medford, and the RV and boat spots are 12 by 36 feet. You get a seven-digit gate code and three access points. The place is fenced and gated with cameras all over, plus door sensors on each unit. Reviewers bring up security a lot, and one mentioned a sewer dump and water at the RV area. People keep mentioning Saul, the on-site manager, by name. One reviewer called him one of the nicest people they've met and said he helped with a first-time motorhome storage. Others say the grounds are clean and the staff is professional. Several have stayed for years. There's a U-Haul counter here too, and reviewers picking up trucks and trailers said the process went smoother than expected. Online payments and packing supplies are available. The facility rents month to month, so plan around that if your stay is short.
