About Cobus Creek Storage
Cobus Creek Storage is a locally owned self-storage spot in Elkhart with units running from 5x10 up to 10x30. The big ones have two-door access, which makes loading and unloading a lot less of a production. Outside storage is available for RVs and boats, so there's room for the rig alongside the household stuff. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points. The place is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Staff get called friendly and helpful more than once, and people mention the rental process going quick. One person who stayed seven years said prices never went up and the gates opened on schedule, usually early, even in rough weather. Another liked that they worked out an extension when moving day slipped. It's family owned, and a couple of reviewers mention being in business 25 plus years. If you want a quiet, safe lot on the east side of Elkhart, this is worth a look.
