About Coldwater Mini Storage
Coldwater Mini Storage is an RV storage lot in Oxford, Alabama. The yard is fenced with an automatic gate, and renters get 24-hour access to their space. Security cameras watch the lot. Reviews here run both ways. Several people said the lot and their units were clean, and one credited the manager, Ashley, with helping pick the right size. Others had rough experiences: wrong gate codes, a refund they say never came, and billing mistakes that led to late fees. One review mentions a U-Haul reservation where the attendant arrived well after the scheduled time. A few renters said the keypad gate only works part of the time, and the hours aren't posted. The place holds a 3.6 rating across 16 Google reviews. If you're comparing lots around Oxford, the camera coverage and round-the-clock access are worth weighing against the management complaints.
