Colonial Self Storage

About Colonial Self Storage

Colonial Self Storage sits in Inverness and rents self-storage units with drive-up access, online payments and online move-ins. An RV dump station on site is the draw for rig owners, and at least one reviewer called it perfect for their needs. There's a dumpster on site too. Reviews are mixed. People who dealt with management described it as helpful when issues came up. Others describe rent climbing over the years, and one long-term tenant said they were told about a price increase only after it took effect. A couple of reviewers mentioned bug and rat problems in their units. Another review said the location felt dirty and that a scheduled meetup fell through when no one was there. It's a straightforward storage yard with a dump station, not a resort. Read the recent reviews before you commit, and get the current rate in writing.
