About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits south of Middle Tennessee State University on Jessica Street, easy to reach from main streets and neighborhoods in Murfreesboro. Reviewers keep mentioning Latoya and Kurt by name. One calls Latoya gracious and kind, another says Kurt was upfront and honest about how everything works. People notice that kind of thing. The paperwork goes quickly, and folks say the staff explains things clearly. A wheelchair user noted they got help several times, and the entrance and parking lot are both accessible. Units are described as spotless and well maintained. Climate control is available if you want it. Online payments and moving supplies are offered, and there are dollies and carts on hand. One reviewer had 24-hour access cancelled without notice, so if your schedule is irregular, ask about access before you sign. Rating sits at 4.8 from over 500 reviews.
