About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits on W. State Road in Oviedo, between Dean and Chapman Road, with quick access from Highway 417. That stretch makes it a workable stop for folks coming from Winter Park, Winter Springs, and the Orlando area. The facility handles personal and commercial storage, and the services list includes boat and car storage along with climate control. Reviewers say a lot about the staff. Jordan comes up by name for walking people through the rental process and finding the right unit size, and Ashley gets called out for being informative about truck rentals. One reviewer noted the office and facility are well kept and the units feel secure. Another described a reservation call the next day to go over everything. A few people mention competitive rates and quick paperwork. Not every review is glowing. One customer described a bait and switch, saying an introductory rate went up and the on-site office staff were later removed. Weigh that alongside the overall 4.8 rating from 634 reviews. The property is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
