About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage in Smithfield has outdoor parking for RVs, cars, boats, and trailers. The place is gated and well maintained, with electronic gate control. A reviewer storing a 35-foot RV said the manager showed them several spots and explained short- and long-term options. Another liked that the lot was organized and secure. Staff get a lot of mention in reviews. People call them efficient and kind, and several shout out Steven and William for walking them through the rental and making setup quick. One repeat customer sets up from out of state and lets their kid handle the final details. A vehicle owner said William went over the rental agreement and showed available space. The facility also has climate-controlled units, ground-level access, and complimentary carts and dollies. On-site moving truck rentals and packing supplies are available. If you need a spot for your rig, call ahead to check what's open.
