About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits off Highway 78 in Snellville, an easy stop for folks around Stone Mountain Park and the surrounding cities. The facility rents a range of unit sizes, including covered and climate-controlled spaces, and keeps moving carts and dollies on hand for load-in days. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and you can pay your bill online. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. India gets named again and again, with renters saying she walked them through unit options and helped them pick the right size. Others describe courteous, patient service and paperwork that was ready when they arrived. At 473 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, that pattern shows up often. Not every review is glowing. One longtime renter reported rodent droppings and mold on stored items and complained about rates climbing every few months. Another had a rough start over lock-cut information before a district manager stepped in and resolved it. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
