Compass Self Storage runs self storage plus covered RV and boat parking, so there is room for the rig and the boat in the off-season. Climate-controlled units are part of the mix too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Lexi, Jeff, Steve, Ryan, Fred and Heather all get named for being kind and quick to help. One person was walked to their unit and set up in about five minutes. Another called the climate-controlled units the best priced around. The building draws praise for being clean, with elevators and doors placed well and easy access on both sides. A few small gripes show up: elevator doors and floors that looked dirty, and one cart with a hole in it. Someone also felt the second floor was warmer than the third until the thermostat got adjusted. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and wheelchair access is available at the entrance and parking lot. Hours are posted, but it is not a 24/7 operation.
