About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Vonore, Tennessee, and the reviews point to one thing again and again: the staff. Lisa and Josie come up by name, described as knowledgeable, kind, and quick to answer questions during the rental process. One reviewer said they drove a hard bargain with short notice and lots of questions and still felt taken care of. The facility is gated with cameras on site, and cleanliness shows up in review after review. Several people mention climate controlled units, including one who noted the only bugs they saw were outside and dead. Someone else had a door issue and said it was fixed within a day, with a follow-up to make sure they were satisfied. If you are moving, between homes, or just need a spot for extra gear, this is the kind of place people recommend by name. Call ahead for current availability and unit options.
