About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits right off US-64 in Wendell, a few miles from Raleigh, and the lot handles more than household goods. Car storage and boat storage are on the service list alongside climate controlled units, and there are both drive-up outside units and inside climate controlled ones. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Wendy in the office gets named a lot. People describe her as friendly and thorough, walking them through unit options and confirming a size would actually fit before they signed. Online reservations get a quick callback. Renting is described as relaxed and fast, and one reviewer changed unit sizes and said the staff worked through the options to get the best deal. The gate needs a code to enter, which reviewers like. Units are easy to reach and you can drive right up to them. Reviewers also call the place well maintained and the climate controlled units cool and clean. Dollies and moving carts are on hand, packing supplies are sold on site, and you can pay online. Prices come up as good value compared with other area facilities.
