About Complete Towing
Complete Towing runs a 24-hour towing operation out of Flint, and they also offer vehicle storage, including space for RVs. The lot is accessible around the clock, so you can get to your rig when it suits you. Drivers get mentioned a lot in reviews. People call them friendly, and several note the pricing felt fair. One customer said a driver took extra care with a car in anti-theft mode, and another thanked a staff member by name for being patient during a rough time. Response time comes up too, with one roadside call answered in about 20 minutes. Not every review is glowing. A few people mention being charged to look in a vehicle after an accident, and one lockout call ended with the customer going elsewhere. The office handles vehicle release weekdays from 8 to 5. For towing or storage questions, call and you get a live dispatcher.
