About Controlled Storage Solutions
Controlled Storage Solutions sits in Denison and runs an outdoor lot where you can park a rig or trailer, plus standard and climate controlled units. It is gated and fenced in with a code at the gate, and cameras cover the grounds inside and out. Lock and key or electronic lock options are available. Reviewers keep coming back to cleanliness, and several mention feeling secure on site. Others bring up professional, helpful staff, and at least one person says Zach called after hours to help with a gate or access problem. Rates get called reasonable. You can rent and move in through the website any time, and autopay is an option. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews describe rodents in units and ruined belongings, door lock trouble, and billing or refund friction after moving out, especially since new ownership. The 4.3 rating across 18 reviews reflects both sides. If a specific detail matters to you, call ahead before you commit.
