About Convenience RV
Convenience RV sits in Willis and wears a lot of hats: dealer, repair shop, rental outfit, parts counter and storage lot. For storage, one reviewer has kept a travel trailer in covered space for over four years. What they like is the handoff. Call with a service request and the crew pulls the rig from storage, does the work, puts it back and lets them know it's ready. Reviews lean positive overall, and staff names come up often. One renter said the pickup process was easy and the RV clean. Another drove in from South Carolina after a bad dealer experience and left happy with the financing and the rig. Service comments mention timely repairs, diagnostics and clear estimates. Aaron gets praise for a hydraulic fix and a braking system install done under budget. Not every review is a win. One customer complained that brakes, fridge and generator work sat for weeks and that a generator quote came in high. The onsite Fish Pond Restaurant is a nice bonus if you're dropping by anyway.
