About Copper Safe Storage - Danville
Copper Safe Storage in Danville sits off U.S. Highway 136 and offers self-storage plus vehicle storage. The facility has cameras and climate control, and you can rent online or pay online. It's contactless rental and payments, too, which some people like. Reviews often mention the staff being polite and patient. One reviewer said Mark was efficient and kind. Another praised Patricia for her help with electronic signatures. People also note the easy rental process, with one mentioning Guillian helped them get a unit closer to their new home. A long-term customer of two years said their belongings stayed safe. Not every review is positive. One person had trouble with gate access multiple times in the first week and couldn't get a call back. They also questioned whether cameras were actually there. Review topics include fees and billing correction, so ask about those upfront. Hours vary, so check before you drive out.
