About Cross Keys Mini Storage
Cross Keys Mini Storage sits just outside New Oxford, and they have been at it for over 30 years. Along with storage units, there is outside parking that works for rigs and boats. Access is 24/7, and new LED lighting keeps the grounds easy to see no matter what time you roll in. Reviewers land at 4.2 stars across 25 Google reviews. The friendliest notes go to the staff, including manager Dave and Joyce Robinson, who gets praised for helping with a truck rental during a blizzard. One customer called the people honest and loyal and the pricing reasonable. A few people also liked the easier entry terminal. The complaints are worth knowing. A reviewer picking up a U-Haul said the desk worker was rude and insisted they were closed. Another was unhappy with a rate increase under new ownership, the loss of a customer dumpster, and stricter rules. One 24/7 rental drop left a bad taste. It is a place with real fans and a few sore spots.
