About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage on Augustine Herman Hwy in Elkton is a self-storage facility that also handles boat and RV storage. The property is gated and has security cameras, and some units are climate-controlled. They offer covered storage and moving supplies on site, plus online payments and contact-free rental. Reviewers often mention the staff. One person called a team member kind and sweet and said the move-in and move-out process was easy and smooth. Another praised Jermaine for walking them through the paperwork and showing the unit before they signed. People also note convenient access to units and reasonable pricing. Not every review is positive. Some renters complain about potholes on the interior roads and a gate that does not always close. A few mention spiders and ants in their units, and one said snow was piled in front of their RV and the office told them it was their problem. The facility has a 4.2 rating from 71 Google reviews.
