About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on E South Street in Frederick is a self-storage facility that also lists covered RV storage. The property is gated and has cameras, and reviewers describe it as clean, secure and well-lit. One noted a light inside their own unit. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Anna comes up by name for walking people through the rental and answering questions. Kristen gets a similar nod from someone who ended up at another location. A few people mention reserving and signing up online, and the new building gets positive mentions. There are honest gripes too. One reviewer says it can be hard to reach the office by phone. Another wanted dumpsters for boxes and trash cans on each floor. A third says the lock must be bought on site, which pushed their cost up. Hours are posted but the office is not open 24/7.
