About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage on Rock Springs Drive in Las Vegas offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs and other vehicles. The facility is gated and has cameras, and some units are climate controlled. Staff members like Anthony and Denise come up often in reviews for being helpful and quick to answer questions. Reviewers mention the app for gate access, clean rental trucks, and a straightforward rental process. One customer said Denise walked them to their unit to make sure it looked good. Another appreciated Anthony helping with water and a battery jump even though they weren't a customer yet. A few reviews raise concerns. One person noted not seeing cameras inside the warehouse beyond the main entrance and exit, and another felt the property wasn't secure after seeing people sleeping in units. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. Call ahead for unit availability and access times.
