CubeSmart Self Storage

About CubeSmart Self Storage

CubeSmart Self Storage sits on Pratt Road in Little Rock. It's a gated facility with cameras and climate-controlled units. Covered storage is mentioned for vehicles, and reviewers often talk about the staff. Samantha and Noel come up by name in reviews for being kind and helpful, especially during moves and rentals. The rental process gets called easy and stress-free. Cleanliness is another common note, with several reviewers describing the property as well-kept. Some mention a remodeling phase. Parking prices for vehicles are called competitive, and one reviewer was happy with a climate-controlled unit. There's also a propane mention, and notary service comes up a couple times. Not every review is positive. One long-term renter had a billing problem after a change in ownership and was unhappy with the customer service. The facility offers moving supplies, dollies, and online payments. Hours are posted; it's not open 24/7.
