About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on Rock Valley Pkwy is a self storage facility in Loves Park that also lists RV and boat storage, with covered spots mentioned. The lot is gated with security cameras, so rigs sit behind a controlled gate rather than out in the open. Reviews point to the staff more than anything else. Fawn, the site manager, comes up again and again. People describe her as friendly, quick to respond, and willing to go the extra mile. One reviewer needed a last-minute spot for an RV trailer and she sorted it out. Another had a broken lock swapped within a couple of hours. Since CubeSmart took over the property, reviewers say it has been cleaned up and improved, including automated gate entry. It rates 4.8 across 63 Google reviews. Climate-controlled units and moving supplies are available too. Call ahead about RV spot availability.
