About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on Lebanon St in Monroe handles covered storage along with the usual self-storage units. The lot is gated and has security cameras. Climate-controlled units are an option if you have gear that needs it, and there's a store on site for tape, boxes and bubble wrap. Reviewers give the place 4.5 stars across 204 reviews, and a lot of that leans on the manager, Brittany. People describe her as helpful and quick to sort out a unit that fits, and one renter said she checked their entryway during a heavy snowstorm so they didn't have to drive out. Others call the rental process easy and the units clean and dry. Not everything is glowing. One former tenant said the rate increases were steep and pointed to deep potholes on the pavement leading to the unit. Worth keeping in mind. Hours are posted but the office is not open around the clock.

What renters mention
“I had an issue with the individual parking a box truck on the site behind mine. His box truck was always across the line and in my space, making it difficult for me to fit my Trailer in the assigned space.” – James D., 5 months ago, on Google
“We had a huge snowstorm this year. The store manager, Brittany, was able to check the entryways for my storage facility to make sure that there was no water leaking into my unit as the snow melted.” – Mags, 8 months ago, on Google
“Wonderful experience with Brittany and the Monroe location. Brittany was able to provide the most ideal unit location that fit our needs, was a smooth transition from start to finish, & unit was clean/dry throughout the entire rental…” – Danny L., 7 months ago, on Google
