CubeSmart Self Storage

About CubeSmart Self Storage

CubeSmart on Flanders Rd is a self-storage facility in Mystic that also lists RV and boat storage among its services. Covered storage is mentioned, and the site is gated with security cameras. Climate-controlled units are available too, along with moving supplies like boxes, tape and bubble wrap if you are packing up at the same time. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and one name shows up again and again: Tom, the manager. People describe him as kind, patient and easy to work with, and several mention he stayed late or braved the cold to show them options. One renter reserved by phone in the morning and picked up the lock and paperwork after work, ready to move in that night. The place gets called clean and safe in reviews as well. Not every review is glowing. One tenant complained about a price increase that showed up on the bill without notice and said a response to their email was slow to arrive. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
