About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on Old Trinity Rd S in Onalaska, and the reviews point to the people first. Melanie, the manager, comes up more than once for steering renters toward the right unit size so they don't pay for space they don't need. Another reviewer mentions a staffer named Johnnie walking through prices and space patiently. Several describe the office as friendly and the process simple. The property is gated and has security cameras. Covered storage is one of the options, and climate-controlled units are available. Reviewers call the units clean, though one noted having to sweep again after check-in. Affordability comes up often in the feedback, and more than one renter said the rate beat what they were paying elsewhere. If you're parking an RV and want a staff that will talk through options rather than rush you, this location has that reputation.
