About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on Greenback Ln in Orangevale, and the location is one of the things people bring up. It is a self-storage facility with covered storage among the options, plus gated access and security cameras on site. Climate-controlled units are available too, along with packing and moving supplies if you need boxes or tape. Reviews run 4.6 stars across about 259 ratings, and the staff carry most of that. Reviewers name Tiffany specifically, calling her professional and friendly, and one person said they picked a unit and were out in under 15 minutes. Others describe the facility as clean and well-maintained, with units that feel secure. Not every review is glowing. One RVer wrote about a price increase a month after signing and a gate that stayed broken for a stretch, so it is worth asking about rates and gate status before you commit. Online payments and contact-free rental are offered.
