About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage in Rancho Cucamonga is a self-storage facility that also handles RVs. Reviewers repeatedly call out the staff, especially Catalina, for being kind and patient. One person said she made them feel welcome and that their belongings were in good hands. Another mentioned Dre, who worked to get them a good deal. The site is described as clean, and people like that the units come in various sizes. Some reviewers note small units and good-sized units, so there's a range. The facility is gated and has security cameras. RV storage options are mentioned, and covered storage is one type available. You can sign up online, and there's an app for access. That said, not every review is positive. One reviewer complained about roaches in a unit, so it's worth checking things out in person. The facility is wheelchair accessible and sells packing supplies. If you're looking for a spot with staff who know their stuff, this place has that going for it.
