About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on W Branchville Rd in Ridgefield, and reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Kati comes up often for being cheerful and patient, walking people through lock tips and options without rushing. David gets credit for following up after an online signup to make sure things went smoothly. The place is gated and has cameras, and covered storage is available for rigs. Climate-controlled units are an option too if you are stashing gear alongside the RV. Renters describe clean units and a leasing process that moves fast, whether you start online or walk in. One long-time renter did mention rate increases over the years, so it is worth asking about pricing when you reserve. Most reviews land on the helpful side, with several people saying the setup was easier than they expected. Moving supplies like boxes and tape are sold on site.
