About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart runs a self-storage spot in Surprise that also takes boats and RVs, with covered storage among the options. The place is gated and has security cameras. Online payments and contact-free rental are available if you would rather set things up without a counter visit. Reviewers keep bringing up Jennifer, the manager. People describe her as knowledgeable and easy to work with, and one customer said she removed a lock at no charge after some keys went missing. Others mention the online setup, the move-out process and how quick registration went. A few folks got a kick out of the staff. One reviewer storing a car pointed to a unit that stays cool through Arizona summers. Another came over when CubeSmart bought out their old facility and was unhappy about losing unused credit days, so read the fine print on transfers. Carts are on hand for loading, and packing supplies are sold on site.
