About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage on West Orange Grove Road keeps a fenced, gated lot with covered and outdoor spaces for RVs and trailers. Cameras watch the property and the lot is lit. The site is set back off the main road, so you turn in on a small driveway next to an RV resort. Reviewers single out the staff. Monique comes up often for being friendly and quick with paperwork, and Jeremy gets a mention for helping pick a unit. People describe the sign-up as simple, the pricing as matching what was advertised, and the climate-controlled units as clean and cooled. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported RV damage from a neighboring trailer and said the cameras and lighting in the RV area did not catch it, and that the parking spots are poorly marked. The rest of the feedback is mostly about staff and clean units. The office handles online payments and sells boxes, tape and bubble wrap if you are mid-move.
