About CubeSmart Self Storage
This CubeSmart sits at 901 20th St in Vero Beach, and reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Charlie and Kyory get named more than once for walking people through unit options, the lease terms, and online move-in. If you want someone to answer questions before you commit, that comes up a lot. The property is gated and monitored with cameras, and reviewers describe it as well-lit and secure. Several mention climate control and clean units with no odors. Large elevators make upper floors easier to deal with, and there are dollies and carts on hand for moving day. Covered storage is one of the options mentioned. The reviews are not all praise. One reviewer dropped from five stars to three, saying the store called repeatedly about the rating. Another describes a frustrating visit asking about a unit that had gone to auction. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The location also offers packing and moving supplies plus business storage.
