About De Soto KS Self-Storage
De Soto KS Self-Storage rents drive-up units and vehicle parking on a fenced lot with cameras, set back off the highway. Renters have kept fifth wheels and boats here. One reviewer parked a 5th wheel for two years and called it a great experience, though pulling out could get tight when the next spot was full. Staff come up often in the reviews. Vanessa, the manager, gets named for going above and beyond, and one long-term customer called her outstanding after three years and five units. People also mention clean units and easy access, including for handicapped customers. Others value the contactless rentals and the kiosk for after-hours payments. Not every review is happy. One renter said reserving online wanted a full year paid up front, and another was double-charged for two units and waited on a refund. Price hikes pushed a 10-year customer to leave for a cheaper unit. The lot sits close to town if you live nearby.
