About Deer Valley II Self Storage
Deer Valley II sits in a mixed residential and business area next to a major freeway interchange in Phoenix. For RV owners, the draw is the outdoor, uncovered parking: spots come in 9x20 or 11x30. There are also self-storage units from 5x5 up to 10x30, plus climate controlled units from 5x5 to 10x10. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Teresa, Gus and Pete get named a lot, described as kind, patient and straight with people. One first-time renter said she didn't feel upsold. Others mention the place is clean and bug free, and that texting gets a quick reply. Pricing is quoted up front and protected: the rate you're given won't change for at least 12 months. The lot is gated with security cameras, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. If you need a spot for the rig, this is worth a call.
