About Derrel's Mini Storage
Derrel's Mini Storage on Snow Road in Bakersfield keeps outdoor space for RVs and boats alongside its regular storage units. If you need a spot for a rig that doesn't fit in the garage, this is one of the options in town. The gates are open 7 AM to 7 PM every day, so you can swing by after work or on a weekend. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Dave at the Snow Road location gets named for helping someone downsize a unit, and Cindy and her husband come up as friendly and easy to deal with. Others mention the grounds staying clean and the signup going quick, with one person saying temperature control storage took about 10 minutes. Several note the discounts and specials. Not every review is glowing. One person reserved a space online, got a confirmation, then got an email saying it was gone. Worth calling ahead to confirm a spot before you drive over with the trailer. The facility also offers self storage, online payments, and packing and moving supplies.
