Ron, Karen, Felix and Parry get named for being friendly and patient, and several folks mention moving in or upgrading a unit in a matter of minutes. The grounds get called clean and easy to navigate, and a handful of reviews point to the site feeling safe. Gates are open 7 AM to 7 PM every day, so you can swing by before work or after.
