About Devon Self Storage Lansing, Michigan
Devon Self Storage sits in Lansing and covers more than household goods. The listing mentions covered, indoor and outdoor storage, plus outdoor parking for RVs, cars, boats and trailers. The facility is fully fenced with electronic gate access and security cameras. Reviewers often bring up how easy it is to get in and out, and several name staff members by first name. Trisha got credit for patience with questions, James for a smooth move-in, and Kevin and Ken for quick, helpful service. Clean units and a clean building come up too. One reviewer warned that a verbal promise about extra time to clear out did not hold, and suggested getting things in writing. Another said the rate on their unit went up after the ownership change. Climate controlled units and drive-up storage are available, and the office handles online payments and month-to-month leasing. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site. The business identifies as veteran-owned.
