It sits on a gated property, and reviewers describe the grounds as well maintained and secure. Staff get mixed marks. Several reviewers say the office managers were nice and easy to work with, and one called the staff reasonable and willing to work with you. Others had a rough time, with complaints about how they were treated and about a rent increase that caught one customer off guard. One reviewer mentioned picking up nails while driving through and suggested the lot be swept now and then. Another said the place is a bit pricey but clean. The unit itself was described as clean.
