About Dollar Self Storage
Dollar Self Storage sits in Phoenix and rents covered storage along with regular self-storage. Reviewers bring up security often, and cameras are part of the setup. People also describe the property as clean and well kept. Drive-up units come up in reviews as a time saver for loading and unloading. The staff gets named a lot. Jesse Morales and Drew both show up in reviews as friendly and helpful, and one person said the paperwork was fast and simple. Reviewers mention quick sign-up and an easy rental process, and a few said the price worked for them. Others pointed to access hours and a clear fee breakdown. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about rate increases over time and about spiders in their unit. Another mentioned a forgotten light and a rough close-out. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The office handles rentals in person and online, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
