About Douglas Locker & Storage
Douglas Locker & Storage sits on Industrial Drive in Roseburg's Green District, just off I-5 exit 119. RV owners mention the lot is easy to get in and out of, and one reviewer noted an RV water tank clean-out on site. The place is gated with keypad access and 24-hour video monitoring, and the grounds are lit. Staff get a lot of praise in reviews. Tina and Charity are named for helping after hours, switching contracts to fit a bigger rig, and working with movers so a truck could pull right up. Reviewers also call the facility clean and the setup simple, and one long-time mover said it's the best storage facility they've used anywhere. Not every review is positive. One person complained about rent going up every six months and an insurance charge if you don't carry your own. Online rental and paperless billing are available, and the office has hours, though the gate is open to tenants around the clock.
