About East Bay Mini Storage
East Bay Mini Storage sits in central Daphne, a spot reviewers describe as easy to get to. The property is locally owned and has been in business over 30 years. Fenced grounds, 24-hour access, and spacious lots are the draw if you need somewhere to park a rig. The storage side includes climate-controlled units alongside standard sizes, plus warehouses and commercial services. Rates are described as reasonable by more than one reviewer, and one called them the best prices in the area. Reviews are mixed. People praise the owners and say they feel safe visiting their unit at any hour. Others tell a harder story: a manager who got flustered over a botched rental record, a phone contact described as rude, and a complaint that a unit promised as climate controlled was not. One reviewer reported rats and damage to stored furniture. Ask to see your actual unit before signing, which one reviewer calls a good habit.
